1. Acceptance
By accessing or using electricyardcare.com or any service from Electric Avenue Yard Care, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial yard care services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Service availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed in a written estimate or service agreement.
3. Estimates & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set forth in your estimate or invoice. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Nevada law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring services with reasonable notice. Specific cancellation terms are provided in your service agreement.
5. Property access & safety
You are responsible for granting safe access to the property and disclosing hazards (pets, irrigation, hidden hazards, etc.). We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
6. Warranties & liability
Services are provided "as is" except where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Electric Avenue Yard Care or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not reproduce without permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
